Our Point Kids ministry begins the day your little one is born. Our nursery ministry is for all children birth – 36 months. This is where we introduce the small group experience through simple Bible stories and songs to help children feel embraced by God’s love from their earliest days.

When your child turns three, they head to our preschool ministry. We help kids ages 3-5 focus their wonder and imagination toward Jesus through play, dance, songs and true stories from the Bible each week.

When your child turns five and begins kindergarten, they enter our elementary ministry. We want kids to discover who God is and how He can be trusted in their daily lives through upbeat worship, dynamic Bible teaching, and fun small group activities. This is where connection to small group leaders and peers takes shape.

If you have other questions, please check out our “What to Expect” section below!

Winning at home isn’t about perfectly bathed, fully attentive children lined up reciting the Lord’s Prayer from memory. Winning at home is about your kids beginning to understand who God is, that God loves them, and has a plan for their lives. The resources we offer here are designed to help you encourage and develop your kid’s faith in Jesus right in the comfort of your own living room.

Next Steps

We know that every day, week, and year matters in the life of your kids. That’s why we have specific opportunities to nurture the spiritual growth of your child.

A children’s ministry for kids with special needs.
We believe all children are created in God’s image, and we desire to point them to Jesus! Unlimited is a growing ministry for children who have special needs. Our team is trained to care for and teach, but they are especially passionate about loving each child for his/her unique qualities.
Unlimited is open alongside regular Point Kids programming, during the 11am service. If your child would benefit from this ministry, please complete our online Parent Questionnaire!

What to Expect

Our Point Kids spaces are open Sunday mornings for the 9:30 & 11:00am services – Birth thru Grade 6! However, Preteens 5/6th grade only meets at the 11am service in the Family Center gym.
Point Kids ministry and resources are also available 24/7 on our Point Kids @ Home page. Stay connected to us here and on our Point Kids Facebook page for additional weekly resources, encouragement and updated programming information.
If you are a first-time guest, please check-in with our Kids Greeter in the lobby.
After that, you will find multiple places in our drop-off hallways to check-in on our kiosk stations. Our check-in process will give your child a name tag with a security code, and adults receive a matching security code tag to use at the end of the service for picking up your child. We will not release children to an adult without that security tag, so be sure not to lose it!
5/6 grade do not need to be checked in, they can go directly to the Family Center gym for Preteen at the 11am service.
All Point Kids team members are required to pass a national background check, complete a Child Abuse Awareness training, and complete training in our safety procedures which range from emergency preparedness to cleanliness standards.
We always have a minimum of two Point Kids team members in each classroom.
No Point Kids staff or volunteer is ever allowed to enter a restroom alone with a child.
We are asking that people do NOT attend programming if they have: a cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever, chills, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell.
We are asking that parents and kids be symptom free for over 48 hours before attending our programming.
Additionally, our spaces are being sanitized between each week. Touchable surfaces and toys will be cleaned ahead of the next week’s service.
